How to terminate my Astro account?

If you wish to proceed with terminating your account, we understand your decision. However, please ensure there is no outstanding balance and that your contract period has ended. You may then contact our Customer Service at 03-9543 3838, from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (exl Public Holidays). Our team will assist you with your request.

Kindly follow these simple steps:

  1. Press 1 for Account
  2. Enter your 10-digit account number
  3. Press 5 for Termination
